Naomi joined the team in 2024 because she wanted to give back to people in her community. Since working with Gabriel Homes, Naomi loves seeing the residents learn to live independent lives and take pride in their achievements. One challenge Naomi enjoys is using her problem solving skills in tough situations, like when residents don't feel well. Even if she can't do much to help, she can find creative ways to support residents.
One of Naomi's favorite moments at GHI was when she helped a shy resident take part in group activities; once they joined in, they realized how fun it was to be a part of the group. If Naomi had more time each week, she'd spend it with the residents and either organize fun activities for them or sign up for more community activities. Working at GHI makes Naomi excited to come to work every day and happy to see the residents.
Outside of work, Naomi enjoys karaoke and all things related to Disney.
