Gwen joined the Gabriel Homes team in 2021 and brought with her a calming presence and an ability to get a lot done! Gwen oversees our residents’ Individual Support Plans (ISP) and spends an incredible amount of time working with each resident to ensure each ISP is specific to that resident and that each resident is fully participating in what goals they want to work on. She is also great at working with families, staff, and other stakeholders to create a support team to ensure that everyone is on the same page and we give consistent support to our residents.
Gwen enjoys spending time with her family when she’s not at GHI. She also enjoys traveling, shopping, or a good Netflix series. Gwen said through her work at GHI she has learned to be more impartial. Goals and objectives that she would consider important may not be what others want and she respects that.
