Dr. Rosemary Ahanor is the founder and owner of Aglow Dental Studio in Reston, Virginia, where she oversees clinical care, business operations, and organizational growth. As a healthcare entrepreneur, she brings experience in strategic planning, financial management, and organizational leadership. She is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and an Incisal Edge 40 Under 40 honoree.
Her healthcare background has shaped her appreciation for individualized care, dignity, and the importance of strong support systems. These values drew her to Gabriel Homes’ mission of promoting independence and community inclusion for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a board member, she hopes to strengthen community relationships, support development initiatives, and contribute to the organization’s long-term success.
Community service has long been important to Rosemary. Through Aglow Dental Studio, she established project smile Makeover, an initiative that has provided complimentary comprehensive dental treatment to members of the local community. She has also participated in dental mission trips to Jamaica, providing care to underserved communities.
Outside of work and volunteering, Rosemary enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and experiencing different cultures.
