Ken Traenkle is a commercial real estate founder who turns ideas into functional properties that support how people live, work, and connect. His work focuses on negotiating, developing, advising on, and holding commercial assets, with an emphasis on long-term value and sustainability.

Having a family member with developmental disabilities gives him a deep understanding of the importance of safe, dignified, and independent housing at Gabriel Homes. His real estate background aligns with the organization's role in supporting property maintenance, safety, renovation, and strategic planning for future growth. Ken's primary goal on the board is to ensure the homes remain well-maintained and are responsive to the needs of aging residents.

Ken brings prior board experience from serving on two Chamber of Commerce boards, a Parish Council, and a development board for the Diocese of Arlington that supports senior housing projects. Outside of his work and involvement, Ken enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, attending baseball games, and jet skiing.
