How to Apply for Residency

Who can live here?

In order to be eligible for services by Gabriel Homes, an applicant must be 18 years of age, must have a diagnosis of mental retardation, must be a Fairfax county resident and must express an interest in receiving the services offered. Gabriel Homes currently serves adults in the mild to moderate range of mental retardation. We accept all residents w ithout regard to race, religion, or origin.

We also serve adults who have various other diagnoses including autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, speech, vision and hearing impaired; we hope that future expansion plans will reach toward those with even greater needs.
